Participating jurisdictions, as defined by the HOME Investment Partnerships Act (42 U.S.C. 12721 et seq.), may give any HOME program funds they receive to an Indian tribe or a tribally designated housing entity. The tribe or housing entity can then use those funds under the HOME Act's rules.
