Title 25 › Chapter CHAPTER 45A— - OKLAHOMA INDIAN WELFARE › § 5207
Funds from the June 18, 1934 Act are available here. Oklahoma Indians must get a fair share of funds appropriated after June 26, 1936. Royalties and other payments from minerals under lands bought in Oklahoma must go to U.S. Treasury. The Secretary of the Interior may use them for land purchases and loans to Oklahoma Indians.
