Summary

Make the listed federal rules and one part of Public Law 101–512 (the part that covers the Federal Tort Claims Act) apply to tribal compacts and funding agreements under this law, unless those rules conflict with this subchapter. If a tribe asks, the Secretary must add any other part of subchapter I that does not conflict into a compact or funding agreement. Once included, that part counts the same as if it were written into this subchapter. If added during negotiations, it takes effect right away and guides the talks and the final agreement.
