Title 26 › Subtitle Subtitle H— - Financing of Presidential Election Campaigns › Chapter CHAPTER 95— - PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN FUND › § 9011
An interested person can ask the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to review any certification, decision, or other action the Commission takes under this chapter. They must file the request within 30 days of the Commission’s action. The Commission, a national party committee, and people eligible to vote for President can sue to enforce or explain the chapter and can ask a judge to order relief or declare rights. District courts must hear these cases even if other administrative steps weren’t tried. A three-judge court under section 2284 of Title 28 decides them, and appeals go to the Supreme Court.
