You cannot ship alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, spirits, or other intoxicants) from any U.S. state, territory, district, or from another country into any other U.S. state, territory, district, or noncontiguous U.S. place. This rule applies when someone plans for the alcohol to be received, kept, sold, or used there in a way that breaks that place’s law.
