The corporation can make deals with contributing sponsors and companies that control them — if they are or might be responsible under sections 1362, 1363, or 1364 — to get the money they owe. It can let those parties pay later, including amounts that built up by the plan’s termination date, on whatever payment schedule and terms the corporation thinks are fair.
