The Bureau must keep copies of available employer–worker contracts and other agreements that settled labor disputes. People may view the file under the Secretary's rules, but confidential information will not be released. On request, the Bureau may give the Service, employers, employees, or their reps available data to help settle disputes, except confidential info.
