Labor organizations may not do any of the unfair labor practices listed in section 158(b)(4) of this title when they are working in an industry or activity that affects commerce. If a business or property is harmed because a labor organization breaks that rule, the harmed person can sue. They can file in a U.S. district court, following the limitations and provisions of section 185, no matter how much money is at stake, or in any other court that has authority over the parties. They can recover the money they lost and the court costs.
