Authorizes specific amounts of money for carrying out programs in sections 3221 through 3224 for fiscal years 2015–2020. For section 3221 the amounts are $46,082,000 (FY2015); $49,641,000 (FY2016); $50,671,000 (FY2017); $51,795,000 (FY2018); $53,013,000 (FY2019); and $54,137,000 (FY2020). For section 3222 the amounts are $81,896,000 (FY2015); $88,222,000 (FY2016); $90,052,000 (FY2017); $92,050,000 (FY2018); $94,214,000 (FY2019); and $96,211,000 (FY2020). For section 3223 the amounts are $3,000,000 (FY2015); $3,232,000 (FY2016); $3,299,000 (FY2017); $3,372,000 (FY2018); $3,451,000 (FY2019); and $3,524,000 (FY2020). For section 3224 the amounts are $91,000,000 (FY2015); $98,029,000 (FY2016); $100,063,000 (FY2017); $102,282,000 (FY2018); $104,687,000 (FY2019); and $106,906,000 (FY2020). If on July 22, 2014 there were any unused funds that had been appropriated to carry out section 2913 as it was the day before July 22, 2014, the Secretary of Labor must keep using those funds under the old rules until they are all spent. The same rule applies to any unused funds for subsections (f) and (g) of section 2918 as they were the day before July 22, 2014.
