Title 29 › Chapter CHAPTER 15— - OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH › § 675
The Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Health and Human Services each must prepare and send a report to the President, to be forwarded to Congress, within 120 days after a regular session of Congress begins. Each report must cover the chapter’s topic, progress toward its goals, and needs in the field of occupational safety and health. It must include info on standards made or reviewed in the past year; how well standards are being followed and enforcement actions; research results; major job-related diseases; control and measurement tech for hazards with new standards; government and other cooperative efforts; progress on training and workforce needs; a list of industrial toxic substances lacking labels or standards; and any recommended new laws.
