Create a program to help local law enforcement detect, prevent, and stop money laundering and related financial crimes. The Treasury Secretary, working with the Attorney General, must give and track grants, offer training and technical help, collect and share data and effective practices, and run the program. The Secretary must appoint an administrator and can hire staff and make agreements with federal and state law agencies to carry out grants and other work.
