An agency head can, with the President’s approval, have another agency run or supervise a jointly funded project or group of projects covered by this law. Any delegation must make sure the duties and powers given to the other agency are carried out in line with the law. The agency head who gives the job away still stays responsible for proper and efficient management of the project.
