Title 33 › Chapter CHAPTER 26— - WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER VI— - STATE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL REVOLVING FUNDS › § 1381
Gives each State money to start a water pollution control revolving fund. The money must be used to help meet the program’s goals by funding the projects and activities listed in section 1383(c). The Administrator and the State must agree on a payment schedule based on the State’s intended use plan (section 1386(c)). Payments come in quarterly installments and must be made as quickly as possible, but no later than the earlier of: 8 quarters after the State committed the funds, or 12 quarters after the funds were allotted to the State.
