If the Administrator finds a State did not follow its agreement under section 1382 or other rules in this part, the Administrator must tell the State what is wrong and what fixes are needed. If the State does not fix the problem within 60 days after getting that notice, the Administrator will stop sending additional payments until the State fixes it. If the Administrator still is not satisfied 12 months after the notice, the money that was held back will be reallocated to others using the most recent fund-allotment formula under this subchapter.
