The part of the Acushnet River in New Bedford, Fairhaven, and Acushnet north of the Coggeshall Street Bridge (north 41 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds) is declared nonnavigable under U.S. law. Authorized congressional projects for that area are abandoned, and the right to change or repeal this is reserved.
