A part of Dark Head Creek in Middle River, Baltimore County, Maryland, that lies northwest of a specific surveyed line is declared nonnavigable for federal navigation control. The line starts at a point 227.50 feet from the northeast corner of the existing bulkhead and pier line with Maryland State Coordinates north 544967.24 and east 962701.05 (latitude 39 degrees 19 minutes 42 seconds N, longitude 76 degrees 25 minutes 29.5 seconds W), runs south 68 degrees 37 minutes 56 seconds west, then runs south 44 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds west for 350.12 feet to a point at the southwest corner with coordinates north 544635.94 and east 962242.46 (latitude 39 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds N, longitude 76 degrees 25 minutes 35.4 seconds W). That same surveyed line is made the combined pierhead and bulkhead line for Dark Head Creek. Any project previously approved by an Act of Congress that lies inside these boundaries is no longer authorized after November 17, 1986. Congress keeps the right to change or repeal this law.
