Title 33 › Chapter CHAPTER 15— - FLOOD CONTROL › § 702a–7
United States will build and pay for crossings: one railroad and one highway over the Eudora Floodway; up to three railroad and two highway crossings over the Morganza Floodway; and up to one railroad (with needed connections) and one highway crossing west of the Atchafalaya River. Rail and highway agencies must agree to accept, operate, and maintain the crossings at no cost. Railroads for the Morganza and West Atchafalaya crossings must waive flood-damage claims; other claims are handled under section 702a–10.
