By January 15 each year, the Secretary of Commerce must send a report to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House Committee on Natural Resources about sexual assaults tied to NOAA employees, commissioned officers, or people who work with or for NOAA that happened in the previous calendar year. The report must list how many alleged assaults occurred, give a short summary of each case and any discipline, describe the policies and changes the Secretary put in place, and include a summary of reports given to the Under Secretary for Oceans and Atmosphere under section 894(f). The report must not identify any individual involved.
