of 1972’.” References to Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act Pub. L. 98–426, § 27(d)(2), Sept. 28, 1984, 98 Stat. 1654, provided that: “Reference in any other statute, regulation, order, or other document to the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act shall be deemed to refer to the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.”
