Title 33 › Chapter CHAPTER 19— - SAINT LAWRENCE SEAWAY › § 987
The Corporation may use people, help, buildings, and information from other federal agencies if those agencies agree and are paid back. If an agency holds data the Corporation needs, the Administrator can ask for it and the agency must provide that data without payment. The Corporation must pay each year into the civil-service retirement and disability fund as billed by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management to cover the government’s share for its employees and their beneficiaries. It must also pay into the employees’ compensation fund as billed by the Secretary of Labor for benefit payments for its employees. Those bills will include the Corporation’s share of administrative costs, which it must pay into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
