People must apply to the Attorney General using the form and information the Attorney General requires. The Attorney General must approve an application unless they find one of four problems: the person isn’t eligible, the chosen school doesn’t meet the rules, the program doesn’t meet the program criteria, or the person already has the needed training. Applicants will be told in writing if their application is approved or denied.
