Summary

If a state or local law enforcement agency or organization gets a grant under this subchapter, it must send the Attorney General an annual report. The report must describe the programs, give the number of staff who run them, state how many people took part, and assess how well the grant programs worked.

Title 34, §10497

A State or local law enforcement agency or organization that receives a grant under this subchapter shall submit to the Attorney General an annual report that includes—
(1)program descriptions;
(2)the number of staff employed to administer programs;
(3)the number of individuals who participated in programs; and
(4)an evaluation of the effectiveness of grant programs.
