Provide training and education about the Ashanti Alert communications network to States, Indian Tribes, local governments, law enforcement, broadcasters, first responders, dispatchers, public safety communications staff, radio stations, and other groups that help start or run Ashanti Alert plans. The training must explain how the network works, its limits, and likely behaviors of missing adults, and it must be updated regularly so new tools, technologies, and resources can be used. The Coordinator must also give supporting materials like brochures, videos, posters, and websites.
