Allows the FBI to use its salaries-and-expenses money to share identification records with federally chartered or insured banks to help protect them. It can also share records with State, Tribal, or local officials for hiring or licensing if state/tribal law allows and the Attorney General approves; all sharing must be for official use only and follow the same limits on further disclosure.
