An Attorney General–designated group of state officials who regulate parimutuel wagering may send fingerprints of people applying for a state license to the Attorney General, who may, if the law allows, share ID and criminal‑history records with the state agencies reviewing those applications. State — a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. territory or possession.
