Creates an office inside the Department of Justice called the Congressional Badge of Bravery Office. It must take nominations from federal agency heads and give them to the Federal Board at the meetings in section 50313(d)(2). It must also take nominations from state or local agency heads and give them to the State and Local Board at the meetings in section 50323(d)(2), and it must staff both boards so they can do the work described in section 50313(b) and section 50323(b).
