The corporation must not issue stock, pay dividends, take part in politics, try to influence laws, lend money to its officers or directors, or say Congress or the U.S. Government approves its activities. While the charter lasts, its money or property cannot go to officers, directors, or members, except for reasonable officer pay and board‑approved expense reimbursement.
