The corporation cannot sell stock or pay dividends. It also must not take part in political activities or try to influence laws. The corporation may not give its income or assets to a director, officer, or member while the charter lasts, and it cannot lend money to directors, officers, or employees. The corporation may pay a fair salary and repay real, necessary expenses if the board of directors approves. It must not say that Congress or the United States Government approves or authorizes its activities.
