The corporation must keep three kinds of records: accurate financial accounts; minutes of meetings of its members, its board, and any committees that act like the board; and, at its main office, a list of the names and addresses of voting members. Any voting member, or that member’s agent or lawyer, may look at those records for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.
