The corporation must not operate to make a profit. It cannot sell stock, give money or help to a political party or candidate, or let its money or property benefit any officer or member — except if the corporation closes and sells off everything at the end. The corporation must not lend money to an officer or to a member of the national executive committee. Any national executive committee member who votes for such a loan, and any officer who helps make it, must each be responsible for repaying that loan until it is fully paid back.
