Summary

The corporation must keep two kinds of records: accurate, complete financial accounts and minutes from its national encampments and its council of administration meetings. A member, or the member’s agent or lawyer, may inspect those records for any proper purpose at any reasonable time.

Title 36, §200309

(a)The corporation shall keep—
(1)correct and complete records of account; and
(2)minutes of the proceedings of its national encampments and council of administration.
(b)A member, or an agent or attorney of the member, may inspect the records of the corporation for any proper purpose, at any reasonable time.
