Summary

Bylaws decide who can be a member and what rights and classes members have, unless another rule in this chapter says otherwise. Each member the bylaws give voting rights gets one vote on every matter at member meetings, and the bylaws say how votes are cast.

Title 36, §20103

Patriotic and National Observances — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

(a)Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights, privileges, and designation of classes of members are as provided in the bylaws.
(b)Each member given voting rights by the bylaws has one vote on each matter submitted to a vote at a meeting of the voting members. The vote may be cast in the manner provided in the bylaws.
