The corporation cannot sell stock or pay dividends. The corporation and its directors and officers cannot give money to, take part in, or try to influence political activities or laws. The corporation cannot lend money to its directors, officers, or employees. It also must not claim that Congress or the U.S. Government approves or controls its actions. No income or assets can go to a director, officer, or member while the charter lasts. The board can still approve reasonable pay for officers and repay real, necessary expenses.
