The corporation's founding papers decide who sits on the board, what the board must do, who the officers are, and how officers are chosen. Rules about who may serve in those positions must not treat people differently because of race, color, religion, or national origin.

(a)The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(b)The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(c)The requirements for holding office in the corporation may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
