The corporation can take the actions it needs to carry out its purposes. It can make a constitution, bylaws, and rules and create or change a corporate seal. It can open offices, set up state, territorial, and local chapters and give them guidance without controlling their specific activities. It can buy, rent, mortgage, or sell property, publish a magazine and other materials, sue and be sued, and do other actions needed to meet its goals.
