Summary

Each year the corporation must hire an outside group to run an anonymous questionnaire of amateur athletes who are currently competing. The survey asks how satisfied athletes are with the corporation and their national governing body and asks about conduct, culture, and any issues around sexual harassment and abuse. The contract must require the survey to be developed with the Center. If the corporation or a national governing body tries to interfere with or bias the survey, that must be reported to Congress right away. The corporation must post the survey results on its website for the public to see.
