The corporation must not issue stock, pay dividends, or give money to a political party or a candidate. Its income and assets cannot benefit directors, officers, or members while it exists or when it is dissolved, except the board can approve paying an officer. It may not loan money to directors, officers, or employees; those who approve or arrange a loan are each responsible until it is repaid.
