The corporation must not issue stock, pay dividends, take part in political activity, try to influence laws, or claim U.S. Government approval or authority. No money or property may go to any director, officer, or member while the charter exists, except the board can allow reasonable officer pay and reimburse actual necessary expenses. The corporation also may not lend money to directors, officers, or employees.
