Provide volunteer help in wartime to sick and wounded members of the U.S. Armed Forces. This must follow the spirit and rules of the October 1863 Geneva conference and the Red Cross/Geneva treaties of August 22, 1864; July 27, 1929; and August 12, 1949, and any similar treaties the United States joins. Carry out the duties a national Red Cross society has under those treaties. Act as a channel for voluntary relief with military leaders and connect the U.S. people, the U.S. Government and Armed Forces, and similar national societies through the International Committee of the Red Cross. Provide peacetime relief and prevention for disease, famine, fires, floods, and other major disasters. Do other activities that fit these goals.
