Summary

The corporation must hold an annual meeting made up of delegates from its chapters. The board of governors decides when and where the meeting happens and may choose to make it only a remote meeting, following the rules in the bylaws. Each chapter gets at least 1 vote. Voting can be done by mail, phone, telegram, cablegram, email, or other electronic or telephone ways, and the voter must give or show information proving they approved that method. The board will fairly set how many votes each chapter has based on chapter size, populations served, and other factors, and must review that allocation at least every 5 years.
