Summary

Make the national convention the top decision-making body for the corporation. It includes the officers and elected representatives from the States and other local parts, as the constitution and bylaws say. The group's structure must represent the whole membership and cannot let a small group or a self-perpetuating group control everything. The convention can meet in Washington, D.C., or in any U.S. State, territory, or possession. The constitution and bylaws also say how officers are chosen, how long they serve, and what their duties are.
