The board of directors runs the corporation. It can make bylaws, policies, and procedures and do whatever it needs to manage and operate the corporation. The board must have at least 9 directors. Each director serves a 2-year term and may be reappointed. If a seat opens, the remaining directors fill it by a majority vote. The board must appoint the Director of Civilian Marksmanship. The Director is responsible for the corporation’s daily running and for carrying out its duties under subchapter II.
