The corporation must not issue stock or pay dividends. It must not take part in politics or try to influence laws. It must not give its money or assets to directors, officers, or members while the charter lasts, or make loans to insiders (directors, officers, employees). Board-approved reasonable pay and expense reimbursement is allowed. It must not claim congressional or U.S. government approval.
