Summary

The corporation's constitution and bylaws decide who can be a member and what members can do, unless other rules in this chapter say otherwise. Membership rules cannot exclude or treat people unfairly because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, or national origin.

Title 36, §60104

(a)Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the constitution and bylaws of the corporation.
(b)The terms of membership may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, or national origin.
