§70104 Membership

Summary

Decides who can be a member and what rights members have, based on the corporation’s articles of incorporation and bylaws unless another part of this chapter says otherwise. The corporation must not set membership rules that treat people differently because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin.

Title 36, §70104

(a)Except as provided in this chapter, eligibility for membership in the corporation and the rights and privileges of members are as provided in the articles of incorporation and bylaws.
(b)The terms of membership may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin.
