Lists the main goals of the FFA. It must support and be part of agricultural education in classrooms, labs, and work-based learning. It must help students get ready for careers in agriculture, food, and natural resources and connect them to college or training paths. It must serve as a resource for state and local programs without controlling or supervising state associations, local chapters, or individual members. The FFA must make educational materials, programs, services, and official supplies available, promote inclusion and diversity, create and help chapters across the States and territories, build character and leadership, raise awareness of agriculture’s global and technological roles, promote careers in the field, work with others like state career and technical education officials, and carry out other activities that fit these goals when its governing body approves them.
