The corporation's board of directors and what the board does are set by its official founding papers. Who the officers are and how they are elected are also decided by those same papers. Rules for holding office cannot treat people differently because of race, color, religion, or national origin.

(a)The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(b)The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
(c)The requirements for holding office in the corporation may not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.
