Title 37 › Chapter CHAPTER 7— - ALLOWANCES OTHER THAN TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCES › § 433a
Members of the Individual Ready Reserve can get a small cash stipend if they do the required screening by electronic means instead of attending muster duty, when allowed under rules set by the service Secretaries. That stipend is the only money they get for the screening and it fully pays them no matter their rank. A member cannot receive more than $50 from this stipend in any calendar year. The payment must be money (not goods or services) and must be paid on or after the screening date, but no later than 30 days afterward.
