Veterans' Benefits — Source: USLM XML via OLRC

(a)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Secretary shall administer the provision of educational assistance under this chapter.
(b)Payments for entitlement to educational assistance earned under this chapter shall be made from funds appropriated to, or otherwise made available to, the Department for the payment of readjustment benefits.
