Summary

By December 1 of every even-numbered year, beginning in 2008, the Secretary must tell Congress how current two‑year plan was carried out last fiscal year and recommend outreach improvements.

(a)The Secretary shall, not later than December 1 of every even-numbered year (beginning in 2008), submit to Congress a report on the outreach activities carried out by the Department.
(b)Each report under this section shall include the following:
(1)A description of the implementation during the preceding fiscal year of the current biennial plan under section 6302 of this title.
(2)Recommendations for the improvement or more effective administration of the outreach activities of the Department.
